Contingency Planning and Security
All customer data and contact details are backed up constantly so that in the event of a disaster we can re-create our planning data to ensure that all the instructors arrive at the right place at the right time without breaking our service commitment to our customers.
Our training records are held off site at a secure location. Our training databases are constantly backed up, these back ups are stored securely off site. In the event of a disaster occuring no training records held by FTT will be lost.
For security reasons we only issue certificates (or copies) to approved contacts thus ensuring that any individual approaching FTT for a copy of their certificate can only get this with proper authorisation from their employer.
