At FTT we believe in providing a complete support service that customers can rely upon. FTT keeps a paper record of all training undertaken for a minimum of 10 years. Electronically we can reproduce certificates back to 1995 and have further records going back to 1983.FTT can also centrally administer refresher/retest policies by working closely with customers to keep records of which delegates are due for refresher/retesting in accordance with customers individual requirements. This service provides piece of mind that all operators are kept up to date with their training, reducing risk, administration time and minimising the cost.
