Confined Space Training
On average, work in confined spaces kills 15 people every year in the UK across a wide range of industry sectors. Specific, detailed and frequent training is necessary for all people working in, or responsible for people who work in, confined spaces.
The combination of knowledge, experience, and purpose built training facilities delivering a practical hands-on approach to this subject, make us the first choice for many. Courses can also be tailored to specific requirements. Many of these courses are CITB grant approved.
It is a requirement that delegates attending these courses should be physically and mentally fit (further guidance provided in standard terms and conditions for courses). For further information on these courses, costs and date availability our training teams can be contacted on 08454 303 388.
Open courses are scheduled regularly at our training centre. Our training facilities include simulated vertical shaft and horizontal pipe run.
The practical part of these courses are designed to facilitate specific safety features including side or top entry into the confined spaces, tripod and winch training, the use and procedures for atmosphere testing equipment and breathing apparatus.
All of our training course can also be conducted on site throughout the UK.
